Barbaro 360 was created to connect, support, and strengthen families across the major areas of life: finance, business, health, wellness, personal development, family relationships, and faith.
The company was co-founded by five equal co-owners: Michael, Julia, Gino, Gabriella, and Sofia. Each person owns 20% of the company, and each person brought a different piece of the original 360-degree vision.
The original purpose of Barbaro 360 was to build a platform that helps families grow stronger across the full circle of daily life: finance, business, health, wellness, personal development, family relationships, and eventually faith.
Gino and Michael were focused on the finance and business side. Julia brought the life coaching, personal development, and family growth perspective. Gabriella and Sofia, as licensed massage therapists, were originally going to help lead the health and wellness side.
The long-term vision also included a spiritual component focused on Catholicism and Christianity. That part of the company has not been developed as much recently, but faith has always been part of the larger Barbaro 360 story.
Barbaro360 was shaped by a wider family vision, with public-facing work currently centered on finance, business, coaching, family growth, and the Happy Money lane.
Gino brings practical experience in business, real estate, money stewardship, and family leadership. His work helps families think clearly about money management, business decisions, financial stress, legacy planning, and building wealth that serves the home.
His voice helps connect financial growth with a larger question: how can success serve the people it was meant to strengthen?
Julia brings a grounded voice for marriage, parenting, faith, family rhythms, and the daily work of building a healthy home. Her perspective helps families strengthen communication, create warmer rhythms, and lead family life with more intention.
Her work keeps the mission grounded in the health of the home, not just the success of the brand.
Michael helps families and individuals think more clearly about money, mindset, stewardship, and financial peace. His work supports conversations around financial stress, saving money, family budget, money habits, and wiser decision-making.
His work helps translate financial responsibility into habits that feel practical, personal, and possible.
