Through Barbaro 360, Gino’s mission is to empower families to build lasting legacies by strengthening traditional family values, improving financial well-being, and helping individuals and families develop a healthier relationship with money.

Gino is the best-selling author of Happy Money, Happy Family, Happy Legacy. He lives in St. Augustine, Florida, with his wife, Julia, and their six children.

Julia Barbaro

Julia Barbaro is a homeschooling mom of six, wife, and Certified Life & Marriage Coach. Her work is deeply rooted in marriage, parenting, faith, family rhythms, and the daily work of building a healthy home.

After experiencing firsthand the power of coaching, Julia became a Certified Life & Marriage Coach to help couples strengthen communication, overcome obstacles, gain clarity, and become more intentional about the life and family they are building together. As a mother of six, she brings a practical, lived perspective to the realities of parenting, family leadership, and creating meaningful rhythms at home.

Julia also plays an integral role behind the scenes in her husband Gino’s business ventures, bringing a family-centered perspective to the work they do.

She is also the author of The Cannolis Exploded! Now What?, a children’s book about decision-making and the different paths we can take in life.

Michael Barbaro

Michael Barbaro holds a degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Money Coach®. With experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and real estate investing, he brings both financial education and practical, real-world perspective to the way he approaches money

His perspective is grounded in the belief that financial well-being is about more than income or numbers on a spreadsheet. It is shaped by habits, responsibility, decision-making, and the way people think about and use money in everyday life.

Through Barbaro 360 and Happy Money, Michael brings a younger-generation perspective to conversations around saving, spending, entrepreneurship, stewardship, and financial clarity. His long-term focus is helping young adults build stronger financial habits, make wiser decisions, and create a healthier foundation for the future.
